Will the real sea salt please stand up? When you go to the grocery store they have those packages of Hain brand “sea salt” that cost like 99 cents. Well, they sound like a great deal until I found out that that is the same stuff as [...]

This first year of marriage has been a year of learning. A year filled with learning more about my husband and most especially learning more about myself and how I operate. It has been a year of going “oh yeah!” to what people had said for so long. I finally would “get” the advice married [...]

Ironic but true nearly 3 month old Michaela is lending her outgrown clothes to a 7 month old friends baby girl.
In other news we have officially started trying to get Michaela to take a bottle of breast milk. Andrew and I are going to be leaving for a long evening for the yearly company party [...]

It is silent in our house–amazing! Michaela is being bounced in her bouncer with my foot. I offered to finish feeding her like 3 times and each time she cried hysterically when I offered her her lunch. It was strange because I had been in the middle of nursing her and she was voraciously snarfing [...]

Here’s what I have been learning…
1. Love is hard.
2. Love is worth it.
3. Love has it’s easy moments too.
4. I really didn’t want to admit these things or write this post. But I am trying to be honest here.
5. Sometimes I feel like I am on the verge of losing my sanity. Going 2 days [...]
Vaccuums

Why God made vacuums or otherwise titled another reason I love my husband.
Michaela in the Baby Bjorn Saturday afternoon–when Chaela is really fussy–what works no fail is the upright carrier and the vacuum cleaner! Benefit–our floors have never been cleaner and my husband actually offers to vacuum!
Andrew loves to make Chaela smile.
Although I haven’t caught [...]
